Terms of Use

Demi Gods Universe · Last updated 18 September 2026

By creating an account or signing in to Demi Gods Universe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or over. Accounts we find to belong to someone under 18 are removed.

What you may not post

This applies to every part of the app: profiles, character origins, powers, posts, comments, alliance halls and private messages.

• Sexual content, nudity, or anything sexualising a minor.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting a real person.
• Hate speech, or attacks on people for who they are.
• Real-world violence, gore, or content encouraging self-harm.
• Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or criminal activity.
• Work that is not yours — traced, stolen, or someone else's character.
• Impersonating a real person or organisation.
• Spam, scams, bots, or attempts to sell something outside the app.
• Anything illegal where you or your audience live.

What we do about it

• Every post, comment, profile and conversation can be reported from inside the app.
• Every user can be blocked, which severs contact in both directions immediately.
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Content that breaks these rules is removed. Accounts are suspended or terminated depending on what they did.
• Text you submit is screened, and clearly objectionable material is refused before it is ever published.
• Child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to the relevant authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.

Your characters are yours

You keep ownership of what you create. You give us permission to store and display it inside the app so that other Demi Gods can see it. You are responsible for having the right to post whatever you upload.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not use the app to evade a suspension.
• You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from You → Settings → Delete account, or at this page.

Ending access

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. A suspended account can still read and delete its own things but cannot post, reply or message.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and to keep it safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Changes

If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
